We all need to talk and sometimes let go of our emotions! Sometimes this can be difficult with our family and friends as we don’t want to burden them. When reeling from a loss or bereavement it is hard to go through the different emotions along. I can help you with this and support you to understand that what you are feeling is normal.
Sometimes because of the expectations from others who do not understand you supress your feelings and emotions, these need to come out. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship troubles or any other issues, it is good to talk. Sometimes just feeling heard and understood in a calm non-judgemental space can be the first steps in making positive changes in your life. My goal as a therapist is to support and help you in creating the life you deserve and help you release your future.
