Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a completely natural state of mind that most people experience every day, such as day dreaming whilst reading a book or watching a film. Often our mind wanders automatically. Hypnotherapy is a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation helping you feel calmer and more relaxed, increase confidence and let go of fears which may be holding you back from leading a full life. It enhances your concentration and imagination, opening the mind to positive suggestion and allows positive mental, emotional or psychological changes to take place.

Sessions last one hour and in most cases six sessions or more are required. Quit smoking is one session, lasting for two hours, but a follow up can be arranged if required.
